Which foods contain high calories?

Foods, as in specific things like vegetables, fruits, beans, but which ONES? And, please I want VEGETARIAN foods, only.
Note: I’m trying to gain weight and its hard, and I’m trying to gain fat weight not muscle. I exercise a lot (dance, run, etc) and that burns calories. But I NEED calories. I can’t stop dancing….but I just need a list of foods with really HIGH, VEGETARIAN calorie foods. Thank you. I’m still a teen, so don’t hate on me.

- Banana’s/ dried fruit’s/ fruit juice’s/ mango’s/ canned fruit’s in syrup’s
- Added nut butter’s (natural) to apples/ bananas
- Added custards/ whip cream’s and dairy topping to canned fruit’s/ diced fruit’s and cooked fruits (heated sliced- chopped fruit’s in margerine, cinnamain and brown sugar)
- Avacado’s/ guacamolie’s/ potatoe’s/ yam’s/ corn’s/ canned vegetables/ cooked vegetables in olive oil- margerine’s/ salads with full- fat dressing’s

- Baked beans in tomato sauce
- Vegetarian chili’s
- Fryed tofu’s
- Breaded soy/ quorn meat alternative food’s (ie: Chikn nugget’s/ Boca burger’s/ Meatless meatball’s)
- Nut’s/ seeds and natural nut butter’s
- Egg’s
- Lentil’s
- Hummus/ chickpeas
- Lentil’s

- Granola/ muesili
- Oat’s (added milk’s/ powdered milk’s/ dried fruit- banana and nut’s/ seeds or crunchy nut butter stirred in hot oat’s)
- Thick cut wholewheat breads/ bagel’s/ wrap’s/ pita’s and crossiont’s/ scone’s/ muffins/ etc ..
- Wholegrain/ fiber granola bars and nutritional bar’s like Lara Bar’s/ Luna Bar’s and Clif bar’s
- Brown- long grain rices, couscous, quinoa, durham wheat/ wholewheat pastas
- Added wheatgerm’s and bran’s
- Wholegrain crackers/ flatbread’s

- Whole/ homo and 3.25%MF milk’s
- Evaporated/ added powdered milks (cassarole’s/ meals/ etc ..)
- Cottage cheese
- Greek full fat yoghurt’s
- Cream based soups/ sauces
- Icecream’s
- Added cheese’s to salads/ sandwhiches/ cracker’s/ pastas/ cooked vegetables/ egg’s/ etc ..

- Dessert based food’s (cake’s/ icecreams/ cup cakes/ doughnut’s/ cookies/ etc..)
- Fast food’s

- Added olive oil too cooked vegetables/ startches/ pastas/ potatoe’s/ yam’s/ etc ..
- Mayonaise’s

Nutritional supplement’s like Ensure Plus/ Boost Plus consumed twice per day ontop of meal’s are a great help with just an easy single 235mL bottled on- the- go convient shake.
Tastes best chilled, or chocolate flavour’s heated in a mug in the microwave: like hot chocolate.

  1. avocados have great natural fats which will help u gain weight and bananas, that’s what body builders use :) and peanut butter, its loaded with good fats good luck!

Avocados, vegetarian cheese, butter (with bread), cream, olive oil, peanut/groundnut oil nuts, chocolate, dried fruits, (apricots, prunes, mango raisins, sultanas etc) pasta with creamy sauce, rice with buttery or creamy curry, coconut. bananas. Forget most fresh fruit and veg these contain mainly water and beans are difficult to digest for sports or dancing.
