What’s the best thing to do in order to get rid of the awful, annoying body fat?

I want to know the most effective ways to get rid of the stubborn body fat. I exercise and work out but the fat just doesn’t seem to vanish. it’s frustrating. What am i doing wrong? What’s a good way to get rid of the fat? Which diets, if any, are the most effective? Can someone provide me with a list of diets and fat burning food and tips. Thanks.

most effective is small portions more meals. You can go to http://bodyforlife.com/nutrition/index.asp to help you build a nutrition plan

  2. A good workout is one that combines a well thought out diet using a 60/40 ratio (60 % protein to 40% carbs), cardio such as jogging, running stairs, jump roping, a core selection of ab exercises to perform. Good exercises are: bicycle crunches, ab crunch on a exercise ball (or just floor ab crunches if you can’t get one), side oblique twists, reverse crunches. 4-6 smaller meals and healthy snacks throughout the day that keeps your body fueled is much better than a few larger meals. Less chance of over eating this way. Keeping a strict movement during the exercise with less reps is more important than the quantity to maximize results. You want to stay away from sweets (soda, chocolate, etc.), fried foods, foods with a high fat content, foods with too many carbohydrates.Remember to keep hydrated with H2O. As a rule of thumb, if it tastes good don’t eat it because it has too much fat & carbs. Pills and all that other stuff people claim to work should be a last resort only after you’ve done your homework and busted your butt on a solid program. You can modify these suggestions to fit your program. Doing your research is just as important as your program. These suggestions should point you in the right direction. Stay focused and determined! Don’t give up and stay at it! Good luck! :D
