What’s a great body fat burning diet?

Need a list of foods I should stick with. More for stomach fat. I work out but wanted to speed up the process. And is it the same for a person who does not work out?
There isn’t a special diet! You should just eat healthy foods in the right amount. And healthy foods are the same for a person who workouts and for a person that doesn’t work out, the only thing that changes are the portions.

working out is always the best way to lose weight and gain muscle. try yoga, it gets you super tone. as far as diet get a lot of fiber along with protein. vegetables are full of fiber as far as protein fish, chicken, turkey are best. red meats every once in a while.
