  1. You don’t need a list. You need to educate yourself on the subject of nutrition. If you don’t know the answer to the question you ask it is a clear indicator that you need to READ SOME BOOKS!!

  3. First of all, everybody needs carbohydrates. People need them for energy and to feel good and not have mood swings, plus if you cut them out then your weight loss will not be sustainable.

    High carbohydrate foods are fruit, bread, pasta, rice, potato’s, starchy vegetables such as parsnips, and crisps. However, don’t cut them out, just be smart.

    White bread —> Whole wheat brown bread.
    White rice —> Brown rice.
    White pasta —> Whole wheat pasta.
    Potato’s —> Sweet potato’s, jacket potato’s.
    High sugar fruits —> Berries.
