What is the perfect weight for me?

I am a 13 year old girl, height 5 feet 3 inches, and I wanted to know what would be the perfect weight for a girl like me. I also wanted to know if I am underweight? I am 85 pounds and people say I look like a stick. But I don’t starve myself and I eat lots. Actually, I’m surprised I’m not fat. And I don’t eat lots of candy or drink lots of soda, so…yeah. I try to eat healthy, but at night I’m always getting hungry! If you know a way to fix this, that would be great! Also, if you would make a list of fat-burning foods and great ways to excersize (without going to gyms or using weights) I would be very very grateful.

If you’re hungry at night, eat! But also weight train; it will cause your muscles to become bigger (and heavier) and those large, toned muscles will burn body fat when you do cardio. You’re young, so do low weights with lots of repitition. Eat lots of lean meats, like lean beef, chicken breast, and fish.

  3. You should be at least 105 lbs, so you’re 20 lbs underweight. However, you might just have a really fast metabolism. I would recommend eating a lot of foods with HEALTHY fats and carbs like avocados, nuts, whole wheat grains, bananas, etc. It’s good to do exercise, but don’t do too much, because you’re already so skinny. If you want to tone up, start doing push-ups and crunches, because they do miracles.
