What is are foods to eat while trying to burn body fat and gain muscle?

I want a good diet that helps with burning stomach fat and body fat in general. I know it is a very important in losing fat a building muscle. So please give tips and lists of what to eat and how to exercise.
Running; 3 times per week
Weight lifting; 2 times per week
Food: grilled Chicken= great protein( for muscles) with little fat. cook on stove top with a little barbacue sauce or italian dressing for seasoning.
Water= Drink lots of it!
Basically; You need to burn more calories than you take in everyday, That simple! Cutting down on your portion six at each meal

There is no diet that best. Trust me!
The only way to lose a weight is by eating less or as much as what your body needs
Stop Craving for foods by drinking coffee or green tea that could help you to reduce your appetite.
Low calories diet? Never work on me because i’ll end up gaining more weight after i’ll stop doing it.
Low fat diet ? Dont work on me as well because low fat product usually have high contain on sugar or flour to help increase the taste and texture. These ingredients usually have low nutrition and high calories too.
Diet Pills? NEVER EVER try any of the diet pills. You only help those company become richer by their misleading facts ads.
So, the only way to loose weight is by using a natural way that i think it is too lengthy to describe it here. So, why dont you try and look at my sources to find out more. A click away wont do you any harm. hehe!

as long as you’re exercising ‘properly’ and often, protien for sure!, iron (spinach etc.) and whoel grain carbs.
