what foods should i eat to stay healthy and to also promote hair growth?

I need to start exercising, i try to play just dance on the wii as long as i can to sweat to burn off calories :)

& what foods should i eat? i need to stop eating a whole bunch of junk at least once a week should be okay, but ahh! Im getting a fat stomach. Wheneveri tell ppl they say oh no im skinny, I’m skinny but i have a fat stomach. I know how to burn it i know crunches and cardio i know i know. But what food should i eat? List alooot please so i can go grocery shoopping later. List specific foods!

i want that swimsuit body!

I started putting on fat after university. Then I started working; I had no time to look after my body and exercise, etc. I was trying to drop the fat but it was too difficult as I’m still really busy and most of time had to go out to eat because of my job. Then I tried those fast weight loss, Atkins, Fasting, low carbohydrate, etc. None of them appeared to work, cuz I never have energy all the time and couldnt stay alert at work.   2. lol everyone wants that swim suit body sooooooo get biotin there vitamin B pills there really good for you it supports healthy hair wich makes ur hair grow faster and it aids in metabolism so when ur not hungry u dont eat like snacks just cause ur bored but u do need to have the will power the want to stop eating un healthy food
