what foods help with burning fat?

A buddy and i have started a bet and he is ten pounds down already he kinda cheated and used a Weight lose pill but i want to win the right way. i need help and need a list of foods that will help burn fat i heard citrus in the morning helps. i need tips like that please. if you are they one that has tried what you are recommending please fill free to show us before and afters.
I’m currently trying to lose some weight myself & apparently green tea helps - they say to drink 5 cups a day, obviously with no milk & sugar. Apparently it helps to burn about an extra 80 calories a day - not much but it still helps & all adds up over time.

Well I would have Green Tea in the morning before eating and then so on before each meal. It really helps. Look it up for yourself

Eating celery actually burns calories… you expel more energy chewing than it gives you by eating it. Add the peanut butter though, and you’re sunk!
