What foods can I eat to boost my metabolism?

I know it’s important to eat fruits and veggies….and honestly, I hate vegetables….unless I am pregnant or they are cooked. Anyway, are there any particular foods that can eat to boost my metabolism? Also, does anyone know where I can go to get a list of foods to eat when you want to burn/lose fat? Thanks for the help!
Cut out sweet, fried, processed, junk, and fast foods. Those are mostly empty calories, full of additives and bad fats which bog down your body and metabolism. Eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, lean protein, and moderate amount of whole grains for rice, pasta, bread, and cereal. Strength training will build/tone muscle which raises your metabolism.
