what are some foods that will make me lose weight quick?

i dont want to go on a yucky detox diet, i just want to eat fruit and vegies that will help me lose weight rather quickly.. but safely.
i am 77kgs, 5 ft 5 and a mother to a 4mth old. i want to fit into my old pre pregnancy clothes. i exercise 3 times a week but i dont think i am eating the best i could be. could you please list some ‘fat burning’ foods.. and possibly some ways to lose the love handles!!

    You burn more calories digesting celery than are actually in celery. So celery is like negative calories (below 0 calories)!
