What are good excersizes to burn belly fat, and slim down buttocks? Also what is a good diet for both?

I recently decided to start getting back in shape for soccer season, i need to know some good excersizes to burn belly fat and slim my butt. Could you please also list ten foods to eat and ten to highly ignore. i have also started replacing every soda with a water instead. thanks for your time! appreciate it!

To lose your belly / buttocks fat you need to lose your overall body fat because body part isolation workouts like crunches or sit-ups will not work. I burn off my body fat with ’stop & go’ cardio exercises, i.e. running at slow speed for a few minutes followed with 1 min sprint and then repeat this cycle for 45 - 60 min at 4 days / week.
I can’t list 10 foods to eats / ignore but generally I avoid high carb and fatty foods, fries (carb and fat combined together), sodas (contained sugar / artificial sweeteners), pasta, yolk (hi cholesterol).
Green veggies, fish and fruits are good for your health but of course you have to combine them in your diet.
