weight loss be stuck i think im doing the right things, sports, healthy foods and all that.?

so i’m not really fat i have a bmi of 20, i do lists of sports and try to eat healthy. i want to burn fat i eat less food then most i do more sports then most teenagers. i need advise on how to lose weight without my pearents notesing. if anyone has any advise please help!!

You don’t need to lose weight if you have a BMI of 20. The fact that you don’t want your parents to notice means you know it’s wrong.
