Should I join?

I want to join the water polo team, and I have to make my mind by Friday. I have aroudn 5 months before the practices and game start. Thing is I’m fat. No one likes to see a fat kid in a speedo. If I say yes on Friday, I have to burn 2 lbs every week hoping to see myself getting thinner and thinner. If I say no, I can do it on my own pace. But If I say yes, it’ll give me a reason to exercise on my own time. And if I say No, I procrastinate ALOT. So, please help me. And Also, If you say yes, can you provide a list of exercises, food, and other tips for me? And the only equipment I have available is a Treadmill, 2 3lbs dumbells, 2 5 lb dumbells, and a Chin up bar. Thank you~

If this was your daily meal, you just saved 330 calories. There are 3500 calories in 1 pound of fat.

Tip 1: Limit High Carbohydrate Foods- To maximize the fat-burning process, it’s best to gradually eliminate carbohydrates toward the end of the day. This minimizes your chances of storing fat late at night.
Tip 2: Motivate Yourself- Try to find an incentive for getting in shape and burning fat.
Tip 3: Low-Calorie Food Alternatives- Try to save as many calories as you can. Substitute water for soda, baked chicken for fried chicken, sub sandwiches for pizza, etc.
Tip 4: Don’t starve Yourself- Starving only promotes a bigger "rebound" effect because your body likes to hold on from what it is deprived of. Instead, fuel the body every 2 to 3 hours with small meals.
Tip 5: Drink 1 or More Glasses of Water Before Meals- This is to help fill the stomach and give you a full feeling.

    my advice is only do it becuase you comfortable with your self. like you said itll provide excersise, i used to take off my shirt even though ppl said it was discusting, and i just laugh and say im hot its not different for any one else whose hot. do it and if not make sure its becuase thats what you wanted to do you dont want to regret not doing it, and you can always quite.
