  3. Peanuts (any preparation except sugar coated) are excellent at both. Don’t let the fat content fool you…a food group has to contain a certain amount of fat (as long as it’s the GOOD fat) in order to burn fat more efficiently. Better yet, they’re packed w/ protein!….. Just make sure you’re N O T allergic to them!!!!!!

    egg whites are NUMBER ONNNNEEEEE!!!!
    Protien shakes (I prefer Herbalife ones)
    Tuna
    Chicken
    Turkey
    lean flank steak
    Shrimp
    Lobster
    Cod

    Good Carb foods:
    Oatmeal NUMBER ONNNNE
    Plain rice cakes
    Brown rice
    White rice
    Protien shake (has carbs and protien)
    Cream of wheat
    Cream of rice

    Fiberous foods:
    brocolli
    celery…
    THE LIST GOESSS ON. just any vegetable is pretty much perfect. haha

    AND DONT FORGET EXCERCISE!!!!!!!!!!!
