Peanuts (any preparation except sugar coated) are excellent at both. Don’t let the fat content fool you…a food group has to contain a certain amount of fat (as long as it’s the GOOD fat) in order to burn fat more efficiently. Better yet, they’re packed w/ protein!….. Just make sure you’re N O T allergic to them!!!!!!
