How do I loose this annoying belly fat?
Ok so first off, i only need to loose like 2-5 pounds or something (im bad at estimates).
The annoying part is that the fat is just covering the ab muscles I’ve been working so hard on with less than an inch.
Ive been looking all over the internet and they just talk about programs you sugn up for and weight loss pills.
So obviously its a good diet and consistent excercise, but can someone be more specific?
They list dozens of these excercises that burn fat well, but i would like to know which ones work best if at all.
and which specific foods are good and bad.
And Ive been doing ab workouts for months, so dont tell me to do those ![]()
So c’mon guys, help me out here
If u have first hand experience, I welcome any tips

Well for me, I had lost 14 pounds (yes I know it isn’t a lot) by jogging and NO junk food or extra food.
I jog for 30 minutes around a full block, no breaks only when your stomach hurts.
That worked for me. O_O

Don’t take diet pills, usually nothing happens but they roast your liver. Ew. If something happens, its fat laking out your butt. Losing fat is simple. 80% Diet, %10 fitness, %10 mental. Eat plenty of carbs for energy to work out, eat alot of protein. Take your weight in ponds, and divide by two, eat that many grams of protein a day, then half THAN and add it to your protein count because your dieting, your losing, you need protein to burn it off. NO SUGARS! You can eat natural sugars from fruits and things. Eat 3 fruits a day, and 4 vegtables a day. For breakfast and lunch pack on the carbs, for snacks in between meals and for dinner, eat manily protein and vitamins, becasue anything but vitamins and protein will sit in your stomache and turn to fat over night. Then for excersise, stretch REAL good, especially your core, then go jogging or running for distance not speed, thats a quick way to burn calories. Every morning, sit ups, crunches, pushups, dont keep count, just do your max, then at night, same thing. If you can find any way to possibly hit the gym, do it. Work on the cardio machines then the machines that stretch you out, then sauna sit.
Back to foods, When your dieting, corn doesnt count as a veggie. Its BARELY healthy for you. and avoid things that come ready to eat with no cooking wrapped in a plastic bag, NO! If you want you can count calories, no more than 2000 a day, so no soda, so red bull or monster, or alcohol(i have no clue how old you are) Take lots of Vitamin supplements. Like fish oil pills, vitamin C, (fish oils for heart healthy while your exausting it) and (vitamin C is for immune health, because its common to get sick when your fitness traing alot. And rule number UNO, NEVER, ever, EVER starve yourself. It makes you fatter because your body eats itself and the tiny bit you give it an holds onto it and it becomes fat, and then when you finally need to eat, everything you eat will become fat because your body is scared of starving to death so it grabs what it can get and you get fatter. And instead of three bigass meals a day, eat 6 little one that way they dont sit like a rock in your stomach. They ya go thats all I know.

The best thing I found to get rid of fat is cardio. Run, jog or work out on the elliptical. All the yoga, ab workouts and floor exercises in the world didn’t help me. I toned up and had amazing muscle tone- under a fat layer. I stopped all the other stuff and I run 2 miles on the elliptical machine 2-3 times per week. I have seen better results in 2 months than the last 2 years. Not everyone has the same body and the same stuff does NOT always work for everyone, so if your current exercise isn’t doing it for you, ignore the general advice and find what does. Good luck!!

Go on a bodybuilder diet (skinned chicken, egg whites, fish, fruit, vegetables) and jog at least a mile every other day. Eliminate pastas, bananas, potatoes, olives, guacamole, mayonaise, sourcream (or any creams for that matter), junk food (chips/cookies/candy/etc), and breads (except wheat) from your diet. If you want the abdominal muscles to show, you will have to add crunches or situps to that every day.

btw, forgot to mention,,just in case you dont know how to really make healthy meals..buy a "food steamer" at your local deparment store..they are very cheap and work very well..as well as buy a "rice cooker" which is also very cheap..eating rice is a great way to get your necessary carbs "healthy carbs" to lose weight and has lots of natural energy inside. you can buy asian rice at most large supermarkets or if you have a local oriental market..they sale quality asian rice.. thai or indian rice is good "jasmine rice".. buy corn or canola oil to sprinkle on vegetables or rice before steaming to add to taste as well as you can buy several nice spices like "cumin" or "Curry powders", etc.just sprinkle on the vegetables before steaming to give nice taste.
drink "Green Tea" as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster…you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well

Eat regular but smaller meals a day - at least 5 times a day. This will prevent you from overeating and also it will also boost your metabolism. Stick to eggs, chicken and lean meats and off course your veggies and fresh fruit and you’re on the right way.Also remember to drink a lot of water because your body need it to function properly. Avoid any fluids with high sugar content - for obvious reasons. Cardio exercise is a great way to burn body fat and calories.
