Eat vegan or vegetarian based meals for a week and see how it affects you. A vegan diet will typically make you lose 10 pounds or more in a week(as long as u don’t cheat).if you are really determined; eat vegan or vegetarian based food for a month and have a "cheat day" once a week.
A cheat day is the one day you pick out of the week when you don’t have to eat vegetarian or vegan based foods. For example: if you were eating vegan food for a month; you could pick every Saturday as your "cheat day".
Here are some things you need to know:A
Vegetarian-eats no meat. Sometimes no seafood. Vegetarian Typically eats: Dairy foods, all carbohydrates, Processed foods, unnatural sugar products.
A Vegan-has a strict interpretation of foods. NOT the same thing as vegan.
Eats NO meat, NO processed foods, and NO dairy products, NO white flour products, NO Eggs, NO seafood, NO foods with unnatural sugar(not sugar from fruit).Vegans Do eat:Vegatables, fruits, healthy carbohydrates(Ex: whole wheat pasta or whole grain bread), nuts and beans.
I recommend a vegan diet. It helps cleanse your body with good foods and helps you loose ALOT of weight and fat overtime.:)
