How can i burn belly/waist fat fast?

amm on a diet and i wanted to kno how can i burn fat in my belly and in my waist ive been running 3 miles daily wit a couple of situps and im on a diet i eat alot of veggies and meat with it! i eliminated sweets&potato chips but iwanted to kno how can i lose fat but not gain alot of muscle only a lil and plz if u can list some home made foods dat burn fat plz thank you god bless xoxoxo
