Diet foods i should have on my grocery list?

Im going grocery shopping later and i kinda hope some one could make up a "low carb/ diet grocery list"? Im just looking for some low carb and fat burning foods that would fill me up. Could you also provide something sweet for desert? I’m not doing diet are or drinks so none of that

Congratulations on your divorce from processed and refined food. Here is my list. You can combine ingredients in cooking for lots of different dishes. You will notice glaringly omitted is lettuce. Absolute waste of money. No nutrition. No fiber.

  1. I would just make sure to have plenty of fruits and veggies and use them as dessert too. Have a small piece of cake with strawberries on top or even ice-cream with fruit. Good luck!

  3. Fruits(strawberries, blueberries, apples, oranges, whatever you like), veggies(especially broccoli. broccoli is great for weight loss),brown rice, quinoa, ezekiel bread, steel cut oats (not instant oats), almonds(have 6 every day, in the morning, but don’t eat much more than 6), beans such as garbanzos. For dessert, eat frozen bananas, either blended or slices. Make sure that they’re cheetah spotted before you freeze them though. They won’t taste good if they’re too new :)

  4. Megan’s is decent esp for 17

Eggs (scrambled) with cheese for breakfast is a staple to fall back on

Sandwich meats (… chicken/Turkey/ham (yea ham… no the fat isn’t that bad..)/beef slices) with mixed leafs (bagged mixed leafs = easy salad) with some vinaigrette

Mini cheese portions and roasted nuts to snack on

    Then veg -

Use fruit for desert, or greek yoghurt (NOT LOW FAT!!!! these are just horrible processed sugar bombs) with a little honey to add taste. I personally like peanut butter as a "desert" generally just to satisfy sweet tooth - but I rarely have any actual desert, the low fat deserts made for fat people who dont want to actually change their diet are just horrible processed sugar or carb bombs made to last 6 months on the shelf - work at avoiding sweet stuff, and using basic natural whole foods which have a sweet element to them.
