Big Question, Should I do it?
I want to join the water polo team, and I have to make my mind by Friday. I have aroudn 5 months before the practices and game start. Thing is I’m fat. No one likes to see a fat kid in a speedo. If I say yes on Friday, I have to burn 2 lbs every week hoping to see myself getting thinner and thinner. If I say no, I can do it on my own pace. But If I say yes, it’ll give me a reason to exercise on my own time. And if I say No, I procrastinate ALOT. So, please help me. And Also, If you say yes, can you provide a list of exercises, food, and other tips for me? And the only equipment I have available is a Treadmill, 2 3lbs dumbells, 2 5 lb dumbells, and a Chin up bar. Thank you~
SAY YES!! Not to be mean but come on what makes you think if you haven’t lost weight by now then you will at your own pace? I have been in your shoes and for years I kept telling myself I was going to lose weight but never did and I would tell myself I would start on Monday but if it was a bad day for me then I would go ahead and say next Monday or if it was in the middle of the month I would say first of the month..Or if it was end of the year I would say I am going to eat all I want to eat until the first then its diet time..SOMETIMES: we need an event to take place in our lives that will change our future..! This is it! Take charge of your life right now!! Say I WILL JOIN! AND GET MOVING!!! Events come into our lives for a reason..take this chance!

STAY AWAY FROM PIZZA,CHIPS,FRENCH FRIES..AND ALL THAT FATTY FOOD..REASON BEING IT WILL SLOW YOU DOWN! EVER BEEN ON A DIET AND FELT LIKE YOU WERE ON TOP OF THE WORLD..BUT THE MOMENT YOU CRASH AND GO ALL OUT WITH FATTENING FOODS AND THE NEXT DAY YOU FEEL LIKE CRAP! THATS WHAT THAT KIND OF FOOD DOES TO YOU! STAY AT HEALTHY FOODS AND FEED YOUR BODY GOOD STUFF!!
ALSO DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER..IF YOU DON’T LIKE WATER GET PURPILS I BELIEVE THATS HOW YOU SPELL THAT..OR ANY FLAVORING WATER JUST WATCH OUT FOR THE CAL.ECT.
WORKING OUT..START OUT AT A SLOW PACE IF YOUR NOT USED TO IT..I USE A TREADMILL MYSELF AND I WALK 2-3 MILES A DAY 5 DAYS A WEEK.YOUR BODY NEEDS 2 DAYS TO REST..ALSO DON’T DEPRIVE YOURSELF OF THE FOODS THAT YOU WANT..EXAMPLE..IF U WANT A DONUT..EAT ONE! JUST ONE!!! AND ALLOW IT ON UR CHEAT DAY THAT YOU GIVE YOURSELF ONCE A WEEK. GIVE YOURSELF A CHEAT MEAL
