I have been lifting weights over the last couple of months and I am starting to get serious. Will lifting heavy weights and running/other cardio result in muscle gain and fat loss?
Yes, that is a good combination, cardio with stregnth training will cause you to lose alot of fat and build up muscle. Keep working on it, you will get cut and look good.

I had a load of unwanted fat in all the wrong places until I tried out acai berry, I know they say that pills don’t work, however they sure worked for me, and they have been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. There is a free trial on at the moment at http://cupids.newslimmingdiet.info , why not check it out, why not?

Yes! By doing weight training 2 times a week and running/cardio a few times a week, you should build muscle and burn fat. Make sure you are getting enough protein (about a gram for every pound you weigh) to be sure that your body is maintaining and building muscle and using the fat and carbs for energy sources.
Additionally, the more muscle mass you have, the more calories you actually burn while resting and working out, which makes it that much better.
Good luck!

well just purely doing exercise wont do the trick. You also have to control your diet since your appetite will also increase as your body develops muscles.
And I suggest that you do lots of cardio, and when you already lost the flab only then should you tone those muscles.
