Why is P90X so effective for fat loss when it only has 2 cadio sessions a week?

It only has Kenpo X and Plyometrics, thats only 2 days worth of cardio.
So how comes P90X is good for fat loss?
I’v always been told that 2 days of cardio a week is not enough for fat loss
thing is that fat is actually energy stored in your body. if you work out and not eat fatty foods you are losing fat right there. cardio is one way to lose fat but its not the only way. you can do all sorts of workouts and lose fat
