Which types of exercises for fat loss but not muscle gain?

Please dont say stuff like climbing stairs because I know that will make you gain muscle.
I want to exercise for a smooth, natural, healthy looking body.
Fat loss and no muscle gain please!
Fat burn is greater when exercise intensity is high. However, jogging for long periods of time will not help you lose weight, just gain endurance because it breaks down your muscle and muscle burns fat. But you don’t want to be bulky, I am guessing you want to be lean. High intense cardio is your best bet. Try jump roping, intervals or sprint/jog, or even take a cardio class. Also, you need to drink lots of water!! And eat foods in low fat and low carb.

People like a strong girl. But do cardio. I suggest u have weights of 10-30lbs then u will be skinny. Or 2-5 lbs.

Almost all exercises are going to make you gain some kind or muscle. its just toning you up. running and jogging would be great. that will get you into shape. start off slow though and work up from there.

Stretch yourself. You can stretch your whole body and not gain muscles. Also, walk around your neighborhood slowly. These would all help.

Of course running, walking. But generally speaking, if you do fast paced, intense body weight workouts, you wont gain muscle, you’ll tone it. Things like body weight squats, lunges, burpees, etc will burn fat and tone you up, but you won’t get all bulky…if thats what you’re afraid of.
Try doing them at a high intensity one after the other with no rest. Ex:
As fast as you can do it, complete 3 rounds of:
Run 400m
20 burpees
20 Walking lunges
Trust me, you will burn fat. You’ll get lean and toned.
