What are good foods for fat loss?

I just turned 15 and I am in school a lot and I find it hard to actually eat healthy. What are some good foods and snacks that will help with fat loss?

You’re a teenager and therefore growing. You need all the nutrients for your bones and muscles. Just eat small portions. Grapefruits is a good balance fruit.

  3. Eat non sugary whole foods like fruit, nuts, yogurt, and cheese.

    Avoid high carb stuff like candy, sugary soda pop, chips, crackers, bread, rice, potatoes. At least that’s how I lose weight.
