This fat loss workout can be done 3X per week.
Do 15 reps of each exercise
2 sets of each exercise
Find a weight that is challenging
Rest as little as possible between exercises and sets
This killer butt, thigh, and leg workout does contain some exercises that are harder on the knees, so if you have some knee problems be sure to modify the exercises.

i think the only …
i think the only way to lose the weight is to change your diet and even if you hate the gym trust me get a workout tape and do it at home! i personally go to the gym because watching everyone else gives me more motivation. eat healthier too it’s so hard trust me i absolutely lovee food but every week cut something bad from your diet. you’ll be fine girl just find that motivation you need!

:’( My family arnt very supportive. my mum n dad usually call me n my lil sis fat es but yer w.e lol im 14 coming onto 15 and im 15 st i get out of breath when i run up the stairs or speedwalk im going on holiday on june 27th and im gonna be well scared of going swimming because my legs r bigger than my head
