this is tight..i do jump rope too. And it feels great!..if you are doing it right, you can push the heart rate to 170 easily. Later, it depends how far you wanna go! ..

Georg no, that sittup takes the arms out of the regular sit-up which is good for the neck and it adds the flexion of raising the legs so the abdominals are getting a full flex and a better workout. Although depending on if you have a back problem and depending on which one you may want to do diff exercises to strengthen your upper/lower back.
