How many calories should I have a day for extreme fat loss?

I’m 13 male 5′5 and 124 pounds. I’m a healthy weight but i’m trying to lose fat around my hips and stomache and get a six pack. I’ve heard that a 1300 calorie diet is too low, so how many calories should i have for extreme fat loss? Best answer gets 10 points, thanks in advance.

You really don’t need to loose any weight at all. Just start working out and the fat around ur stomach will disappear.

If I were u , I would work out 3/4 times a week. Doing crunches, pull ups, pushups, and some weight lifting at a local gym if u don’t have any weights.

  3. Your too young to limit your calories. This is an important developmental stage. Rather eat healthily whenever your hungry and do 100 sit ups and push ups a day.
