You would certainly not die from it, but I would recommend eggs, lean meat and such to get more protein sources into your diet.

I think the protein …
I think the protein shakes make the difference - basically, your diet is what begins to change everything. Once you step-up to the diet changes, then POW, the body adjusts. I looked just like you, and am on my way to the same changes but am slower at it.
