    im 12 and im pretty fit i can do 80 pushups (proper not the ty ones that i see other kids do and i bench press like 50 and do 4 to 6 reps of 10 and i do crunches and situps and stuff ive been working at it for a long time so i saw it might take longer when your younger but youll look really good ( not i dont use steroids to make me look better or to enhanse)

    my trainer always tells me jogging is only a temporary way 2 burn fat whilst increasing muscle mass will have u burning more on ur normal day to day activities :)
