what foods can help fat burning?

hi there does anyone know if the are any foods that help/increase fat burning, either something you can eat on its own or a couple of foods together. if anyone knows of any tricks that would be ace. thanks.
Green and white teas, any of the so called super foods, such as blueberries, strawberries, pomegranites, etc. Drinking loads of water and eating lots of whole grains, and getting all the good oils, which are essential for burning fat. Don’t eat the bad saturated fats, or fried foods.

Try yogurt–tons of it. I eat a 32oz cup of yogurt every morning for breakfast–low fat or no fat, no fruits in it. I’ve lost over 30 lbs and my stomach got FLAT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try to substitute the yogurt for your breakfast and don’t eat too many starchy foods. In a ddition to the yogurt do I eat 2-3 pieces of fruit(apples,tangerines,pears)as snacks and no more than 3 slices of bread a day. The yogurt will cause you to run to the bathroom for a few days–it gets old waste out and it actually seems to burn belly fat. My waistline shrunk by 3 inches and I dropped from a size 14 to a size 10. You can buy the big cups fairly inexpensive at ALDI($1.59 per 32.oz cup). Good luck

I would suggest a lot of the stuff that has already been suggested but an alternative could be eating sticks of celery.
Celery is special because the amount of calories that is in celery is in the minus levels.
More calories are need to consume and digest celery than the amount of calories that the celery contains
