What food products would help with fat burning?

I’m in a process of losing excess weight. I dance 3-4 hours a day with a dance pad and jog 45 minutes daily. My goal is to shake off fat, not really tone my muscles. What would you recommend for food? What food products did you find successful? Preferably something that would increase the fat burning. Please no links to dieting-sites since I am interested in just selecting the best products from my grocery store. I am not interested in pills, books, concoctions, equipment or any other way losing my money.

You can eat salads, lean meat, fish, fruit, frozen veggies, drink lots of water, chicken, soup, protein shakes (low fat, low calorie ones), drink a glass of red wine per day, **yogurt is really good*,

Try and cut out salty things, WHITE breads, pop and alcohol besides wine

Good Luck!

  1. Well you should eat a good amount of food with Fiber and protein in it.
Don’t buy any pills or exercise equipment, they wont really do anything to you. Try buying cereals like Cheerios. they are really good for you. And keep up the good work

  2. I’m really hoping you’re not overdoing it… like, you’ve been doing a workout like that for years and your body’s used to it. Otherwise you could be doing more harm than good, I’ve had friends land themselves in the hospital by being obsessed with working out to lose weight.

As for things to eat… everyone’s different, there really is no magic product that works for everyone (trust me, I’m pretty sure my mom has tried them all…) just eat healthy. You don’t even have to go insane with diets and such, just stop eating at fast food joints and cut out salty snacks… keep healthy snacks around and don’t even bring unhealthy ones into the house to avoid temptation.

My mom tried every possible product and diet out there for as long as I can remember. Then she got a medical condition that forces her to eat healthy in order to live (as in, we have a bag of cookies, she can have like half of one a day and that’s it) and she started swimming again (she used to race) and now she’s thinner than I ever remember her being.

  3. I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.

Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
