What fat-burning foods have worked for you personally?


Fiber bars w/ 90 calories! I eat those for breakfast that way I dont take in too many calories from eatig breakfast!

But I’m still fat so idk, I think its just a good idea though instead of wasting 200-300 cals on breakfast!

  2. eating half a grapefruit, or drink 8 ounces of grapefruit juice, might block enzymes involved in fat and carbohydrate storage, and speed up the way our bodies burn fat, resulting in weight loss..you burn more calories eating a grapefruit than there is in one..
