What are some good fat burning foods?

would like a list of good healthy food, not really trying to loose weight, just burn a little layer of fat, and tone up. replace the fat with muscle. i want to change my diet (i’m a fast food junkie) been jogging and doing light work outs. just want to tone my tummy and thighs and butt!!
