What are some fat burning foods? What about good foods to eat before bed? General tips to lose weight?
I’m trying to lose weight. What are some fat burning (or at least healthy) foods I could eat to help me? (such as a snack, instead of eating something sugary/high in fat) Also, sometimes I get hungry before I go to bed. What would be something good for me to eat/drink? What about general foods to avoid whenever possible? I’m a vegetarian btw, so please don’t reccomend meats because I can’t eat them ![]()
Also, I’d appreciate it if anyone could share some general weight loss tips.
