  1. What are some foods that aid in fat burning?
    I am not overweight by the way. I just want to shed some off my belly. I do crunches with and w/out weights.I also do cardio. I figure the more I can do the better. At my heaviest I weighed about 220 lbs. I know weigh around 135. It is a priority of mine to remain a healthy weight and be at my best.

  2. protein, if you eat a high protein food when you first wake up it revs your metabolism and you burn like 500 more calories then you would if you didnt eat it

    berrys are anti oxidents which rid fat cells of toxins making it easier for your body to burn the fat cells

  3. Pretty simple, no need for those medical Drinks and shit! Drink two cups of green tea. One in the morning and one at night, green tea has a natural supplement that increase metabolism so when you sleep u actually lose some calories and another good thing you can do is simply eating spicy food. Depending on ur body u should know how much u can take and how much water it takes to help cool down. So what I would do is have spicy food and have a good amount of water than while I feel the sensatio. I let my body cool of down by it self and you lose a good amount of calories and remember not everyont could do this it all depends on Body but the green tea works. Good luck and conti he excersiing and cardio is the way to go =)
