  1. if i burn 650 Cal a day during boxing classes, how fast will i get thin?
    Hi i’m in boxing classes and i burn from 650 Cal to 700 Cal a day, well that’s what my watch says(suunto t-6)I weight around 72 kg last time i checked, which was a long while before i started exercising and i’m about 172 cm tall. I’m not fat but i’m not thin and i hate my barrel belly so i’m trying to get rid of it. How fast will i get thing doing this every day? I have slim fast for breakfast with a couple of fruits(watermelon,banana + other stuff) eat some meat at lunch, then for dinner have another slim fast plus other foods(fruit or eggs).

  3. It all depends on your diet. limit your fruit and eat more vegetables. Also, avoid high-carb and high-fat foods. eat lots of protein. If you do this, the fat will seem to melt off in days and weeks
