Not the line…ok do you see the capital s’s (friutS) that means that there should be more than one item for each answer… in order to get the points you need to HAVE AT LEAST 5-10 ITEMS LISTED IN THE APPROPRIATE PLACES — also for the long answer ones DO NOT just copy a nutrition article that talks about this stuff. . . you will NOT be awarded ANY POINTS or BEST ANSWER if your answer does not meet all of the requirements listed above and if your answer does not follow the format that i told you
- i know that this is a lot to ask, sort of, so if you answer this PROPERLY then you will be awarded a lot of points and you will also most likely get best answer
No, no, no! Stay away from the all meat diet. Your body really needs all the food groups (i.e fruits/veggies, protein, fats, carbs, dairy). If you want to lower your carb intake and increase your meat intake that’s okay, but that is only really ideal for people who are trying to build major muscle! Just restrict the amount of carbs that you eat, try to have some protein at every meal, make sure you have at least 3 dairy products a day and have somewhere between 5-7 fruits and veggies a day.
