Everything you … Everything you mentioned is a form of sugar. How about protein and fat, which require more energy to digest and do not store more readily in the body as fat. Honestly if you just manage your blood sugar and stay away from processed grains, processed fat and additives and preservatives you will lose weight even without exercise–it’ll take longer than if you did workout and exercise is always good for you, but its true. Try eating sugar in the form of fruit and vegetable starch 1-2 times a day

get off your … get off your and work out, up your heart rate everyday!! 30 mins or more!! eat a balanced diet, try meal replacement if it’s easey for you.
Drink lots of water keep hydrated, take a picture of yourself now and put it on the fridge as motivation to loose the weight. eat less work out more!!
