What are some of the best ways to burn fat?
I was just wondering if anyone knew any fat burning tips, foods, or exercises.

exercising- you should go outside, take a nice walk, play tennis, go swimming, or get involved with something exercising OUTSIDE. fresh air is a healthier, and more eco-friendly way to burn fat. if you can’t do that, you should work out every day for and hour. run on the treadmill, lift weights for muscles, pedal on the bike, or anything. do jumping jacks, curlups, pushups, and stretches whenever you can and when you can’t go outside OR to the gym.
eating- eat HEALTHY. stick to salads, fruits, and vegetables. for snack, egg whites. don’t starve yourself, because when you get hungry you’ll just overeat and gain the fat back again. DON’T DO DIET SODAS!!! IN INSTYLE, I READ THAT IT ACTUALLY MAKES YOU FATTER BECAUSE IT HAS THESE CHEMICAL THINGS!
don’t eat sugar, don’t smoke, don’t drink (beer) (it makes you fat it has like a million calories and carbs), and be healthy and exercise! good luck!

Swimming is good, low impact exercise. Eating less quantities of food and when you eat making sure that what you eat is of high nutritional value. Eating empty calories (such as refined flour and sugar products like crackers, chips, donuts, cookies, snacks, etc.) add on calories, cause your insulin levels to peak a lot, cause you to feel fatigued and leave you still craving for food as your body has not been properly nourished. That is what most often cause overeating and weight gain.
Keeping up your exercise to at least 30 minutes of good, solid aerobic activity will help to raise your metabolism levels which will not only burn fat but also stimulate dopamine in your brain, making you feel better and upbeat and also curbing your appetite.
Stick to high protein and high fiber and nutrient rich foods, the basics; meat, vegetables and whole grains in whatever combinations you like.
