How can I tone my stomach/thighs better?
I have good legs until my upper thighs (which are flabby), but for some reason my hips are small and I don’t mind them… Also my waist is too big for my liking 29 inches (I have fat rolls on my stomach) while I’m 5′6. I’m hoping for a 26 inch waist, so any exercises to burn the fat but not to give me huge abs would be nice.
Anything to just try to tone them without spending more than 20 minutes would be nice.
Currently I’ve been dancing around to music (jumping and using weights) as an attempt to lose weight since I detest most exercises. But I don’t think that works anything especially, just burns calories.
I already eat really healthily, no fast food, low fat dairy, natural foods, lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, so I think it might just be my Heritage (part hispanic).
Also, will lifting weights help me burn my upper arm flab too?

Jazzercise works the legs, abs, and torso really well. Just when you work out, try putting a weight on certain areas. Like, if you are doing leg lifts, put the weight on the calf muscle.

Nobody likes doing this, but you’re gonna have to do a sit-up routine to get rid of the stomach, and do tricep exercises for the upper arms. for the thighs, do leg raises laying on your side.
Just google stomach and tricep exercises, find ones you like doing, and keep doing them, it will tone up eventually.
