What are they?
Yes there are. Citrus fruits really help. UUmm blueberries are the best though. But eating less calories than you burn in a day and exercise is the key. Stay healthy!!

As someone mentioned, there are citrus and lots of berrys are good in helping fat burning.
Though I dont think it will be effective as a good diet+exercising
There are foods that burn more calories digesting than consuming.
so lets say a brocoli is 40 calories when you consume it, but digesting it will take up 90 calories. So your basically 50 calories ahead.
And you drink lots of water, stay active, and dont over stuff yourself, than in the long run you will eventually lose weight/fat
heres a site on some foods, check it out.
if you need any help on a diet, schedule/eating plan, exercise, weight loss, or anything else just email me and I will get back at you. = )
Cheers.

Nutritional supplements can help. One of my favorites is chromium piccolinate-laced sports drinks.
Chromium piccolinate is supposed to help regulate blood sugar and promote fat-burning. The drinks taste kind of metallic, but if you drink one while performing a proper, full-body workout (e.g. weightlifting) you’ll notice the difference after a couple sessions.
You can get these from GNC or a decent nutrition store.
Unfortunately, losing weight is all about burning more calories than you consume, so really, if you are trying to lose weight, you’ll want to eat less food, not more. However, there are supplements that can change your body chemistry (slightly), as described above, to promote weight loss and fat-burning.
