if i only eat ONLY negative calorie and fat burning foods would i lose weight?

yesterday i had kinda alot of fruit and veggies and some salmon and oatmeal for breakfast. all these foods are in these category. if i only eat these foods will i lose alot of weight? because this morning i woke up famished!!!!!!!!!!!!

what if i only eat neg cal foods?could u eat all you want of that and it would ultimately be to my advantage?

Ok for 1: If you are not overweight then you shouldn’t really change your diet unless you got some health problems
2: If you are a teenager being hungry is normal since you’re still growing
3: If you are already at the correct or in the healthy weight zone don’t try to make yourself skinnier anorexicity can kill you. Plus no1 likes a bony girl >_>
4: If you are boy then Idk change your name cuz I think ur a girl

I do wrestling so I burn a lot of calories so I have to eat almost twice as much >_>

Don’t listen to the person above me Pills aren’t the answer they can do hella damage don’t effing take pills unless they are just supplements only if you are constipated you should take flushing pills you have to lose Calories naturally or you will get messed up down the line.
