Good Recommendations to fat burning foods? ?

Any recommendations for fat burning foods would be greatly appreciated!

Foods don’t burn fat and there is no such thing as a "fat burning" food. Fat is stored fuel and if you want to burn it, you must cut your daily caloric consumption to below your burn rate. In other words, you must eat less than you burn so your body will have no choice but to turn to its fat deposits for energy.

Here’s how to burn fat. Forget all the fad diets, myths and misinformation, and just plain bad advice you’ve learned in the past. Here’s the only fat loss plan you need and it’s approved the US National Institute of Health.

Eat a diet of varied, wholesome, and high quality foods such that your daily caloric intake is about 500 calories less than your daily caloric burn while keeping your macronutrient ratios at about 55/25/20 (%calories from carbs/fats/protein) and not doing anything to defeat the foregoing plan such as taking supplements, drinking alcohol, abusing drugs, using cleanses or emetics, etc. That’s it. It’s that simple.

Here’s the only two websites you need to do that.
1. This site has a wide range of information about foods, fat, diets, and exercise with calculators, diet tips, food facts, etc. —> http://www.freedieting.com/

2. This website is a great way to track calories, macronutrients, water, and exercise. It also does all the math for you and makes it super easy to look up foods to enter into your online food intake diary. There’s a discussion forum where you can exchange info with thousands of other dieters. —>http://www.myfitnesspal.com/

  1. There is only one fat burning food. Food usually does not burn much (your body does use energy to break down all foods but it is never a significant amount). While there are foods that certainly help you lose weight because they are good for you, the only food that actually takes more energy to break down than it gives you is….celery.

  5. Well food technically doesn’t burn fat, it’s your body but I know what you’re referring to.

Foods that don’t cause as much of an insulin spike are foods that help minimize fat losses. Foods high in protein and low carb such as chicken, turkey, eggs, tuna and fish are all staples that should be incorporated in your diet. Insulin spike in a nutshell simply means that when your body takes in too many carbs at once, it causes a huge sugar spike. Your body can only process so much at once. Due to this, any excess gets stored as fat. Hope that helps.
