fun healthy fat burning foods?

So im starting a diet, and i’m wanting to know some fat burning, healthy foods that are low in calories.
also, some meals that are healthy and fat burning, also low in calories?

when you go on a diet you have to make sure the diet is sensible and enough to keep you energised, id say a healthy diet for losing flab/weight is around 1200-1500 kcals, anything higher is not classsed as a diet and anything lower is classed as a eating disorder..

you need to be eating 1200 kcals a day of healthy foods first no junk! so basically ditch chocolate, cake, crisps, chips, burgers, etc. for a while

a good 1200 kcals should be made up of proteins, healthy carbs, and healthy fats
so for proteins have things like, chicken, fish, steak, eggs,
for healthy carbs have, fruits, veggies, pasta, NO WHITE BREAD
for healthy fats eat nuts and seeds

so here is a diet which you can lose up to 2-3 pounds a week with try it for a month or so n you will see results if you dont try someone elses diet but give this diet a chance as im a professinal fitness trainer and dietition.

for breakfast: 50 grams of mixed nuts, or 50 grams of seeds
for lunch: a bowl of fruit, or a bowl of veg
for dinner: any source of protein, so basically a source of meat

here are the totals:
breakfast: 600 kcals, 20 grams of proteins, 5 grams of carb, 50 grams of healthy fats
lunch: 200 kcals, 1 gram of protein, 10 grams of carb, 1 gram of fat
dinner: anywhere between 200-400 kcals, anywhere between 20-50 grams of protein, around grams of carb and 5 grams of fat

make sure you do a 30 minute run every few days aswell to speed weight loss up

hope i helped

  1. I would check out the flat belly diet. you can go on amazon.com and get the pocket-book (you don’t actually need the book). they are called MUFA’s and it consists of nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, pistachios, etc). you can eat peanut butter, lots of fish.
As a source, the first website tells you all about the flat belly diet. the second source is a review from webmd.

  2. Most of the vegetables you eat are very good at burning fat. Celery is supposed to have "negative calories" because your body uses more energy to digest the celery than the celery contains. If you’re trying to burn fat, the best suggestion I can give to you is to eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and take in as much fiber as possible (while also trying to cut out as much of the garbage as possible). Works for me every time

  3. you probally want to look at mroe low fat foods than foods that will burn fat. fat is stored callories so most foods dont actually burn more calories that they contain.
there are a couple food that actually take more calories to digest than they contain. celery comes to mind, when you eat it your body actually uses more calories to digest it than there are in the celery. anotehr thing you could do is look for foods that increase your metabolism and make you burn calories faster.

some healthy meals would be a small portion o rice or grains, a meat dish and veg. i think as far as meals go, look more at portion size than the actual food. its ok to eat a little bit of anything as long as you dont over do it
