what are the best fat burning foods to help lose weight?
i keep struggling to lose weight and i really need to focus on my food intake and was wondering what are fat burning foods? And how regular should they be eaten? also any advice on the best exercises for your inner thighs-lose the weight and then tone. any help would be much appreciated thanks.

I heard grapes are effective in losing those fats. Actually, I read an article about it that states that the reason why French women eat a lot but maintain a slim figure is because of the wine they drink (made from grapes).
But, really, the best thing to do is to exercise regularly. Sit-ups would help lose the flabs in the tummy.
Also, watch your food intake. You should only take in the necessary amount of carbohydrate that you would need for the day. For example, if you would just stay home for the day and would not move much around the house, eat less carb-rich food. But if it’s a busy day and you expect to do some vigorous job that requires energy, naturally, you should eat more.
Although at first, it may not seem to be connected with losing fats, getting adequate sleep proves to be helpful in losing weight. Lack of sleep, to make the long story short, would make you want to eat more.

I know exactly how you feel. It’s difficult to lose weight and get a slim body with plenty of muscle. There is so much misleading information out there. It takes time to lose weight but this might help you. I think you need:
1. cut out from every form of sugar, 2. run a lot, 3. eat healthy foods, 4. go to the site below for free video on how to quickly lose weight, 5. have fun and exercise.
