what foods burn fat faster than others?
i am looking to lose 50 lbs - what are the best foods to eat that burn fat and calories … within 60 days ?

You can not safely lose 50 lbs in 60 days…a healthy weight loss can start around 3-5 lbs per week but will level off at 1-2.
You didn’t put in on quickly and you won’t take it off safely that way either.

Reduce your caloric intake, and excercise for 20-30 miutes a day, keep your heart rate between 70-80% of max (max is 220 minus your age).
