Fat burning foods you can binge on!

Now a day, there are a lot of processed foods and various fast foods that are mostly composed on cholesterol and salt contents that is why it is not really.

i chew and spit food. and binge. and fast. Eating disorder? I'm 10 lbs from underweight, though…and FAT?
I can’t bare to look at myself. i cry almost every day about my appearance. i have been this way for almost 7 months. i either don’t eat or i binge. i’m still disgustingly fat, though. i’ve only lost about 15 lbs. i lost almost 20, then gained back 3 or 4…gah this is bad. i think about it all the time. i can’t wear clothes i wore last year, because they touch my skin and it’s gross. even though i was 15 lbs heavier last year. i can’t eat with people, in case they think i’m just trying to get FATTER. i spend lunch in the bathroom so i don’t have to eat. i chew and spit food until the stomach acid burns my mouth and stomach.
but i’m fat.
could i still have an eating disorder? i don’t want one…trust me. this is pretty hellish. but i feel so guilty and horrible for lying my way out of food, throwing away food, chewing/spitting food…
the guilt is really piling up.
Sounds like an eating disorder to me.
Maybe you should try talking to someone, if not professionally then at least a close friend or parent.

i hate to tell you, but you do have an eating disorder. (an possibly body dismorphea.) you should tell some one and get help before it gets worse.

yes honey, u have signs of bulemia… u need to get help quick, the acid can mess ur throat up, and even ur stomach and even ur teeth…

Yup, eating disorder. I’d seek help of your own accord before you’re sectioned under the Mental Health Act and have treatment (and food) forced upon you.

You can be over-weight and still have an eating disorder and just because you aren’t doing one over the other you still DEFINATELY have an eating disorder.
You eating habits are abnormal and cause for concern so you should see a doctor.
Also you do realise that by not eating properly and regualarly like you should you are actually slowing down your metabolism which causes you to gain weight.
Also you body goes into what’s called a kind of starvation mode and this means that your body is starved for nutrients and doesn’t know when it’s next meal is coming (since your body needs regular meals to function correctly). This means it stores more of what you actually do eat as fat even if your eating less.
I know it sounds confusing but your doctor will be able to help/explain.
I had similar habits to you although not as bad, when I actually maintained regular meals I stopped binging and actually lost weight slowly (which is the healthiest way).
Whereas I gained before.
You should learn how your body works and stop hurting yourself.
