How do I burn fat on my upper abdominal area?
How do I burn fat right on my lower ribs and just below my ribs? And also my arms? No matter how many sit-ups I do, it never burns the fat in that area. I exercise LOTS too. I play indoor soccer, outdoor soccer, play on two basketball teams, badminton, track-and-field, and vollyball. So it’s not like I don’t get any exercise. I eat healthy, too. I follow Canada’s food guide, but no matter what I do I just build muscle under my fat.

Drink more water, and reduce how much salt you are eating. It make the body retain water, which can be what you see. Also, even if you are very physically active, eating the wrong foods can have a negative impact.

Check out this exercise from "Wii Fit". It is quite easy and about 10 - 20 reps a day will help tone your upper abs. Depending on your body, it might be a little tough just to do ten. Try to work at it everyday to build your strength at it. Everyday, try adding one more rep. Remember, practice makes perfect! And remember, you don’t actually need to use the balance board (you can if you own wii fit). Also, it helps to do this on a soft surface, like a blanket or yoga mat. I hope this is helpful!!!
