fat burning foods for more lean body?

I’m a 17 year old male, and I want to become more lean and muscluar. I’m about 5′9 150lbs and I exercise regualry. I think the food i’m eating is really holding me back. I bring my lunch to school, so what do you guys think would be a nice meal to bring to school? What do you guys think I should eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I’m also not trying to lose weight, just trying to lose fat.
also what can i eat for snacks throughout the day.
your fine if your 5′9 and 150 pounds…there is always a possibility that your muscles are the things that are giving you extra weight and if you don’t think so..do sit ups…they really help
