well i have been going gym for about a year and have put on around 10 pounds of muscle, i have to admit im not a big fan of cardio and dont do it as often as i should, the result- i have a muscular upper body but i have abit of fat on my stomach which hides my abs, now i dont want really cut defining abs i just want my stomach to be flatter and not bulge out so much, and again i have to admit im not a very healthy eater either, i eat alot of fast food
but i want to change my exercising and eating habbits and get the stomach that will match my upper body, can anybody tell me some exercise and nutrition tips that would be greatly appreciated but please leave out the obvious stuff like "do more cardio" or "dont eat junkfood" i need some good specific advice off of people who know what there talking about……….thanks
