Best Soup recipes that burn fat? I want to eat fat burning foods?
Ok, I alreay have the cabbage soup diet soup. I don’t like it as it is not hearty and is not healthy for me.
I want to be healthy - and do not want to diet.
i just want some good soup recipes that I can fill up on and snack on or have for dinner - that are healthy for you and the veggies /base /spies burn the fat.
pretty please and thanks.
p.s. Can you think of a low calorie/hearty broccoli and cauliflower soup ???
Thank you so much for your help.
Only exercise burns fat not soup. Eating frequent small meals can help as the digestive process uses calories too.
There are a few recipes on the links. the only one I do not like is fennel soup.
